With a background in design, I relish the technical aspect of photography. Whether it’s still life or interiors, there’s nothing more satisfying than striving to create the perfect image.
Architectural photography is something I am passionate about and I am constantly experimenting with ideas to create something unique. I love being able to make an image ‘sing’ ensuring the correct elements are popping out of the photo. Often this involves employing software to post-produce an image, utilising my experience in graphic design to maximize the potential of an image.
My interest in interior photography has led me to explore 360-degree panoramic ‘virtual tours’. These virtual tours involve taking a set of images in a complete circle and stitching them together – the result is a full panoramic scene that can be scrolled around interactively when viewed on a screen or mobile device.
I have now created virtual tours for a variety of clients including schools, holiday letting agencies and interior designers. You can see some more virtual tour examples here.
